This position requires excellent communicationskills, a proactive approach, and the ability to develop and maintain strong clientrelationships.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY● Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, coldcalling, and online research.● Convert potential leads into long-term customers.● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.● Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.● Prepare and present proposals to clients.● Negotiate terms and close deals to maximize profitability.● Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.● Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content, including social mediaposts, blogs, brochures, and email campaigns.● Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify newopportunities.● Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.Qualifications and Skills:● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.● Proven experience in sales and marketing or a related role.● Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.● Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is an advantage.EXPERIENCE● 1-3 yearsBEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS● Fluent in English● Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)● Leadership skills● Knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPointApply Link: https://forms.gle/zWNbp1fmKwFhew156Note- Every candidate needs to fill the above google form. or mail onflyingstarproduction@gmail.com
