Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and Kubernetes. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building scalable, cloud-native platforms and driving engineering excellence through AI-assisted development.

As a Technical Lead, you will guide an engineering team, influence architectural strategy, and play a pivotal role in accelerating software delivery using cutting-edge cloud and AI-driven practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based architectures on Kubernetes (EKS, AKS).
  • Architect and optimize large-scale distributed systems for high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Champion AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
  • Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical direction with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems in production.
  • Strong foundation in microservices architecture, API design, event-driven systems.
  • Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production.
  • Deep knowledge of distributed systems concepts: messaging, fault tolerance, consensus, consistency.
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go).
  • Hands-on with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
