Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at www.Stradaglobal.ComTHE ROLE :SAP HR ABAP technical experience with 8 years with knowledge of APJ countries.Essential to have minimum 3 end to end implementation experience along with Webdynpro and Fiori experience.Working Knowledge of WebDynpro is mandatory and fiori is a plus.Knowledge of standard SAP business practicesKnowledge of all the HCM business processes is essentialKnowledge of employee life cycle and payroll processKnowledge of data migration and interface to Third Party Vendors.Knowledge of SAP reporting and Adhoc query etcKnowledge of writing functional specificationsKnowledge of setting up test scenarios and test scriptsKnowledge of XI/Webdynpro/workflow is mustKnowledge of euHReka work space Ability to configure IMG tables based on the client requirements.Ability to provide all feasible solutions based on the client requirements with advantages and disadvantages and provide recommendation based on the industry best practice.Serves as liaison between business customers and systems areas.Must have client facing skills and be able to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the clients.Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.Able to work with different time zonesMust have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.REQUIREMENTS :Essential:8 years of SAP HCM ABAP APJ countries Payroll.The candidate must have worked on a minimum of 3 end to end SAP HCM implementations or Support projectsBusiness Knowledge of various HCM processes.Should be able to work with the customer independentlyResponsibilities:Ensuring we are able to turn around change requests in a timely fashionEnsuring we have a set process and that you understand how Change Requests are evaluated and priced across all clientsEnsuring we have a good pricing model for CR's with an appropriate marginShould be billing the majority of their time to CR work 65%+Look for opportunities to develop Automation for HRODevelop/Utilize Communication and sharing channels between team members to build the capability of the organization (Onedrive/Yammer/Video)Look for opportunities to develop training plan for HRODevelop Client/HRO/Stakeholders Relation shipFollow Established Processes - Change Management Processes/Firecall RequestImprove Ticket wise CSAT scoreBuild Operations testing capabilities for Incident and CR's.Increase throughput of Changes and INC's awaiting HRO testingAssist in Development of Checklists/Framework for typical changesEnable End to End Payroll automation - oncycle and offcycle.
