This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong proficiency in managing various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.In this position, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and collaborating with our creative team to develop engaging content for social media channels.This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida.Key Responsibilities :● Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) tailored to client objectives.● Curate and oversee content calendars, ensuring a consistent and effective content flow.● Maintain active engagement with clients, effectively discussing, presenting, and refining creative ideas based on their briefs.● Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like design, media buying & and performance marketing, and PR and influencer teams for cohesive campaign execution.● Innovate and implement market campaigns that stand out and resonate with target audiences.● Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, especially in the realm of video marketing, to enhance campaign effectiveness.● Track and measure the success of social media campaigns through key performance indicators.● Proven ability to function effectively in a cross-departmental and cross-functional capacity, ensuring alignment and integration of social media strategies with broader marketing goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field1+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven ability to create and execute successful campaignsExcellent knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and PinterestDemonstrated experience in managing a team of social media specialists and providing guidance and support as neededStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and adjust social media strategies accordinglyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team members and collaborate cross-functionally with other departmentsAbility to multitask and manage multiple social media campaigns simultaneouslyStrong understanding of video marketing nuances and trends.Proven track record of creating innovative marketing campaigns and client retention.We Offer:● A dynamic and creative work environment with opportunities for growth.● Exposure to diverse clients and projectsHow to Apply:To apply, please forward your resume, cover letter, and a portfolio demonstrating your work to connect@rockmysales.com.
