Position: Quality Analyst – Arabic Language / Portuguese Language

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: Rotational Shift (5 Days Working – 2 Weeks Off)

Cab: One-way cab facility provided

Salary: Up to ₹13 LPA (based on experience and skills)

Language Requirement: Proficiency in Arabic OR Portuguese (Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking) is mandatory

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of overall experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst (QA) in a BPO/KPO environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate process performance through quality checks on transactions in Spanish.
  • Identify errors, share constructive feedback, and work closely with the operations team to drive improvements.
  • Maintain quality reports and participate in internal audits as needed.
  • Identify training gaps and contribute to upskilling initiatives.
  • Analyze QA metrics and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall process quality and customer experience.
  • Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring multitasking and prioritization.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent command of Arabic OR Portuguese and English, written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail with a process-driven approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prior QA experience in a non-voice/mapping/content moderation or similar backend process is a plus.
