We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Lead Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

How You 'll Help Us: 

As a Full-Stack Frontend-React Engineer, you'll work on one of our teams building modern web apps using the latest frameworks and web technology. Our front-end engineers are experts on the web platform, web APIs, and front-end frameworks. You'll be helping ship high-impact software for our clients by staying on the cutting edge of what the Web is capable of.

Once You Are Here, You Will: 

Expertly write code, create unit tests, assist with testing, assist with debugging, and assist with documentationParticipate in scrum ceremonies, and coordinate with your teamMentor senior developers.Lead establishment of team best practicesLead technical strategyTechnical point of contact for the engineering teamClient communicationDeveloping talent on your team

 Basic Qualifications:

7+ years of experience working in web technologies4+ years of experience working with React and CSS4+ years experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Emotion)4+ years delivering quality front-end code without oversight4+ years querying SQL and NoSQL DatabasesAbility to set up infrastructure, with help, in a cloud environment1+ years of experience leading a team of at least 2 developers

Preferred Skills:

Comfortable with component based development and component lifecycleComfortable working with design systems and component librariesComfortable with state management solution for ReactComfortable consuming REST or GraphQL APIsDetailed knowledge of gitComfortable working in scrum teamsStrong verbal communication skills
