You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and premium living experience for all residents through proactive management of operations, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.You’ll coordinate between the CX, Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, and F&B teams, ensuring that every UniLiv property in Delhi operates seamlessly and delivers the highest standard of service and hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesResident ExperienceServe as the first point of contact for all residents and visitors.Handle check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and inventory handovers.Ensure timely complaint resolution by coordinating with the CX and maintenance teams.Maintain a warm and professional front-desk experience aligned with UniLiv’s brand ethos.Track resident feedback and ensure satisfaction scores remain consistently high.Operations & Property ManagementOversee the daily functioning of the property — including housekeeping, maintenance, and security.Conduct daily inspections and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness at all times.Maintain an up-to-date inventory log for all assets, consumables, and room items.Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, supplies, and AMC service follow-ups.Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, safety guidelines, and audit standards.Communication & CoordinationAct as the property-level bridge between the CX team, Cluster Manager, and support departments.Update daily reports on occupancy, issues, and complaint status on Google Sheets or dashboard tools.Escalate urgent matters (safety, infrastructure, or resident concern) to the Cluster Manager immediately.Participate in weekly review calls with regional leadership. Administration & ReportingMaintain and share daily occupancy and rent collection reports.Manage petty cash and ensure vendor payments are properly documented.Track attendance and shift performance of on-ground teams.Prepare weekly audit and compliance reports for management review. Team SupervisionSupervise housekeeping, maintenance, and front-desk staff.Conduct shift briefings, monitor punctuality, and ensure SOP adherence.Identify training needs and support team skill enhancement.Build a culture of ownership, hospitality, and problem-solving.Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Management.2–5 years of experience in co-living, hotel, hostel, or serviced apartment operations.Prior experience in front-office or property management preferred.Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Google Sheets, WhatsApp-based coordination, and complaint tracking systems.Key Performance Indicators (KRAs)Resident satisfaction and feedback scores.Complaint resolution time and SLA compliance.Property audit and hygiene ratings.Occupancy management and accuracy of reporting.Team discipline and SOP adherence.Why Join UniLivAt UniLiv, we don’t just manage spaces — we build communities.
