We focus on getting to know our clients and candidates to create lasting partnerships and ensure success.ROLE OVERVIEWThe UKG Functional Consultant will partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, and support UKG modules across HR, Payroll, WFM, HRSD, and Talent. Depending on level, responsibilities range from executing hands-on configuration and support to leading strategic solution design and providing thought leadership across functional domains.WHAT YOU GET TO DOFunctional Areas of FocusCore HR & Payroll: Payroll, Benefits Administration, Core HRWorkforce Management (WFM): Accruals, Timekeeping, Basic Scheduling, Workforce Analytics, Attendance, Activities, Time Capture Devices (Clocks)HR Service Delivery (HRSD): Document Manager, Case & Knowledge Management, Social Collaboration (Talk)Advanced Workforce/HCM: Advanced Scheduling, People Analytics, Enterprise Data HubTalent Management: Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Succession, Coaching & Development, LearningKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, configure UKG modules, and deliver tailored solutions.Provide expertise in one or more functional domains (HR, Payroll, WFM, HRSD, Talent).Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of UKG modules.Create documentation, training, and knowledge resources to drive user adoption.Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and labor regulations in solution designWHAT YOU BRING Technical & Functional SkillsHands-on experience with UKG modules (Payroll, WFM, HRSD, Talent).Strong understanding of HR and workforce processes.Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (payroll, labor law, data privacy).Soft SkillsStrong communication and client-facing skills.Ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business teams.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.MORE ABOUT WIMMER SOLUTIONSWimmer Solutions is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
