While a digital operating model is already building the future in our business, your love of the fundamentals and ability to coach players on what it takes to transform will ensure you stand out.You will play a critical role in working with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, communicate & validate enterprise capabilities for changes to new business processes, data & technologies with a focus on medium to high levels of complexity. This position is accountable for the successful Business Partnering and Product Delivery within the APACSA Manufacturing domain. The purpose of this position is to represent Manufacturing Technology at all levels of APACSA. Working with key business stakeholders to align their Manufacturing strategy with our McCain Manufacturing Technology strategic direction, gather, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to and the implementation of new business processes, practices and products at all levels of complexity. This role also leads the deployment Manufacturing technology capabilities across APACSA and ensures their business stakeholders are taking full advantage of all Manufacturing products and supporting the strategy realisation and the company transformation.Skills, Knowledge & Experience.SkillsStrong business partnering: ability to engage, interact, influence, and be a trusted and credible internal adviser.Change leadership – agile, manages stakeholders expectations, brings together people, process and technology change in a dynamic operating environment.Excellent facilitator, well organised with highly effective written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated learning agility.Ability to translate a business need into well-articulated requirements.Ability to analyse a critical path - drive progress against tight milestones and where applicable deep dive into critical areas. Project, planning and estimation management skill set.Problem solving – determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution.Externally connected within business & technology communities.Active Listening - understanding needs of business users/customers and working with functional groups.Negotiation Skills - requires strong decision making and negotiation skills to influence and persuade in their working relationships.Formal Presentations - required to present information to IT staff at all levels and business users/customers.Tact and diplomacy - ensure professionalism when dealing with internal customers and outside vendors.ExperienceDemonstrated success in building high performing teams & influencing and engaging stakeholders.5+ years' experience within Technology, either as a Head of IT, Technology Leader for a business / Function or business leader of major Transformational Program initiatives.Proven experience working on major digital and technology product delivery. Proven expertise in collaboration and influencing business stakeholders, as well as mentoring people.Proven inter-personal skills in dealing with people at all levels of the organization.Significant technology related change and project leadership experience5+ years business relationship management experience working with senior leadership teams5+ years working with an outsource partner3+ years in ConsultingFMCG / CPG industry, where the advice given and decisions made had a measurable impact on the profitability or effectiveness of the organisation.Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma principals would be desirable, but not mandatoryDemonstrated experience in Manufacturing Management in SAP S/4 Hana & SAP ERP including PPS, MRP, QM, aATP and Fiori.
