Key Responsibilities:Install new equipment and machinery at customer sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocolsAssemble and test electrical panels for industrial applicationsPerform PLC programming and hardware wiring for automation systemsProvide customer service support through both online and offline channelsHandle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutionCollaborate with internal teams for service coordination and technical supportMaintain service documentation, installation records and testing recordsSupport product trials, demonstrations, and customer onboarding· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers· Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales· Provide technical support and conduct product demonstrations for clients· Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and campaigns· Support project execution and customer onboarding activities· Coordinate with internal teams and principals for technical clarificationsQualifications & Skills:Degree / Diploma in Electronics Engineering, E & TC, Instrumentation Engineering or related field2-4 years of experience in equipment installation, panel assembly, and customer serviceProficiency in PLC programming and hardware wiringStrong understanding of safety standards and industrial protocolsExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsEnjoys the opportunity to travel across India while delivering exceptional service experiencesCan join immediately.
