About the role
As an Implementation Consultant at Planful, you will help our customers solve problems and optimize challenges within their Planful implementations. This person is collaborative, strategic, thoughtful and can work as a true and trusted business partner internally as well as interfacing externally with customers. The Implementation Consultant will build their Planful expertise by obtaining recognized certifications and working closely with Planful Solution Architects.
Responsibilities
Implement/optimize clients Planful implementation to maximize the adoption and the value of their investment Work with customers to transform their existing solutions into sophisticated solutions that address their pain points and provide value to their business: Assist in defining the client's business requirements & document them Responsible for designing & building the corresponding Planful applications Responsible for training & co-building with the customer so they are self-sufficient in using the solution Participate in user acceptance testing and deployment Contribute to project and team documentation Integrate source software and build required migration solutions leveraging Planful Integrations (Native & Custom using APIs / Connectors) Should be knowledgeable of implementation best practices and follow them for all related projects. Assist with developing best practice and solution template assets for other customer resources across the organization.Requirements
3+ years experience with Planning and Analytics software, digital transformation, or cloud-based analytics solutions. Planful experience is preferred, but not required. Working knowledge of income, balance sheet, cash flow statement, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end Close processes is a must. Hands-on experience in leading or participating in data integration projects utilizing enterprise-grade ETL tools (Boomi experience is highly desirable) is strongly preferred. Knowledge and experience defining Integration API/WS specifications, creating data maps, and the associated data flows / implementation patterns. Experience with SOAP/XML & RESTful architecture and their application Working knowledge of Excel, SQL Server, and API implementation experience is preferred. Excellent client-facing skills, fluency in English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are a must.
