Key Responsibilities
• Own the product roadmap by identifying user problems and building solutions that create value.
• Build and launch new products and features that are accurate, scalable, and impactful.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, user stories, and specifications in collaboration with engineering and design.
• Partner with tech teams to develop lending systems, including origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
• Plan and execute product launches with marketing support across digital and social media platforms.
• Define and track KPIs; monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on insights.
• Conduct market and user research to inform product decisions.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape to ensure product-market fit.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, business, design, sales, support, and QA teams.
• Prioritize the roadmap using a data- and feedback-driven approach.
• Be the voice of the user and ensure a seamless and high-quality product experience.
Requirements
• Master's degree from a Tier-1 / premier institution.
• 2–4 years of experience in a fintech/startup/lending environment with exposure to NBFCs, HFCs, or banks.
• Ability to convert user insights into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and visual.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of loan lifecycle: origination to collection. (Good to have)
Bonus Points
• Familiarity with RBI/NBFC lending regulations.
• Experience building for underserved or new-to-credit user segments.
