About the Role - The Supply Chain Finance Manager will be a strategic finance partner to Swish’s Supply Chain team, focusing on cost optimization, working capital management and financial analytics related to procurement, logistics, dark stores, last-mile delivery, and inventory management. This role will play a critical part in ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency as Swish continues to scale.


Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Swish’s entire supply chain function.
  • Analyze cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance profitability.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making across procurement, warehousing, and distribution


Cost Optimization & Control

  • Monitor and evaluate all supply chain-related costs, including raw materials, logistics, central kitchen, dark stores and packaging
  • Implement strategies to reduce waste, improve efficiency and negotiate better supplier terms
  • Track and control cost variances by partnering with procurement teams to optimize sourcing strategies


Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

  • Ensure effective inventory management by aligning stock levels with demand forecasts
  • Monitor supplier payment terms to optimize working capital and improve cash flow
  • Implement financial controls to minimize losses due to obsolescence, shrinkage, or inefficiencies


Business Partnering & Strategic Decision Support

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and logistics, to improve business performance
  • Provide financial insights into the cost implications of new business initiatives and supply chain models
  • Support leadership in evaluating new market expansions, supply chain automation, and digital transformation initiatives


What We’re Looking For:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a top-tier business school
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain finance or business finance, ideally in a high-growth food tech, FMCG or e-commerce environment
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Proven experience in cost control, procurement finance, and working capital management
  • Excellent problem-solving, business partnering, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
