We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage the Infrastructure.

Role Description: To Manage and Support Infrastructure related to Windows / Linux / Infrastructure Updates, Migrations, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, Troubelshooting issues, SCCM, P1, P2 Calling Handling, Terraforms, Ansible, CI/CD Pipeline to Manage and support client infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for configuring the infrastructure changes in the client environment.

-System monitoring and maintenance including configuration & security management, patching, automation, hardening and system upgrades

-Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability, and security

-Keeping updated, accurate and reliable backups of application and databases

-Troubleshooting server-side issues as they arise

-Install and configure software, hardware and networks

- Executing the installation, Automating the infrastructure needs.
- Should have Strong knowledge in Incident & Change Management.
- Working experience with Infrastructure Management which includes configuring, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting and implementing of various Changes on both Linux & Windows Platforms.
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure

-Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

-Identify system requirements and install upgrades

-Create a backup and safeguard the data

Required Experience and Skills:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Windows/Linux/Infrastructure Support.
- Should have hands-on experience on Linux, Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2/ Linux, AD, DHCP, DNS, GPOs, Ansible, Terraform, Automation, Change Management.
- Should be Strong in Communication.
- Good knowledge of Infrastructure Upgrades and Updates
- Good Knowledge of Troubleshooting Server related issues.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux.
- Independently solves common problems and updates applications with new technology.
- Collaborates with engineers, architects, developers, and other staff to meet project objectives.
- Analyses the technological needs of customers and provides ongoing support for clients.
- Assesses and effectively manages all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure activities are in alignment with the unit's risk appetite and risk management framework.
- Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and the ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for improvement.
- Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, and formal application delivery methodologies; ability to utilize these to deliver new or enhanced applications.
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Knowledge of and ability to analyze marketplace experiences, developments and trends related to the function of Information Technology (IT).
