Controller. In this pivotal role, you will lead the accounting and compliance operations for a group of Infoblox entities, driving financial integrity, operational excellence, and audit readiness. Collaborating closely with Payroll, Treasury, Tax, HR, and external consultants, you will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting that supports our growing global business.Be a Contributor — What You’ll DoLead month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with corporate, statutory, and local accounting standards across multiple entitiesReview and validate balance sheet reconciliations, cash entries, and cost-plus revenue accountingOversee prepaid amortization, allocations, fixed assets, and lease accounting for accuracy and completenessPrepare monthly balance sheet flux analysis and key financial insights for leadership reviewDrive process optimization, automation, and system enhancement initiatives across finance operationsCoordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, and income tax lawsManage tax filings including advance tax, TDS, SFT, transfer pricing, and CbCr documentationOversee ROC filings (XBRL, MGT, MSME, CSR) and GST compliance including GSTR1, GSTR3B, LUT, and SEZ/STPI submissionsCollaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and cross-functional teams to resolve queries and ensure audit readinessLead and mentor team members, fostering accountability, compliance excellence, and professional growthBe Prepared — What You Bring8+ years of progressive experience in audit, accounting, and compliance within multinational or shared service environmentsStrong expertise in Indian GAAP, Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST regulationsProficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP, and reconciliation tools like BlackLineDemonstrated ability to manage audits, lead month-end close, and drive process improvementsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; CA or CPA qualification strongly preferredProven ability to navigate complexity, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced global environmentBe Successful — Your PathFirst 90 Days:Immerse in Infoblox culture, connect with your Blox Buddy, learn Oracle Fusion systems, and understand entity-level accounting operations.Six Months:Independently manage month-end close, statutory filings, and audit documentation.
