Purchase Orders (PO)etc.Drafting standard contracts for bespoke products/services/outsourcing/HR requirements.Identifying contractual, commercial, operational risks and exposures in the contracts.Drive discussions with internal stakeholders, external counterparts during the entire contract closure process.Assist in advising business partners on legal and regulatory matters including contract interpretation, breach and remedies, contract compliance requirements, RBI regulations requirements, data protection laws, intellectual property, employment laws, ESG laws etc.Research new regulations and legal regimes of new domains of business and advice on regulatory requirements, legal risks, and mitigation strategies.
