We're a pioneering Web3 gaming platform merging casino-style entertainment with blockchain technology. Seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, community growth, and brand strategy in the decentralized gaming space. You'll bridge Web2 gaming tactics with Web3 innovation (NFTs, tokens, DeFi integrations) while navigating regulatory landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop end-to-end marketing strategies for Web3 casino/gaming products (e.g., play-to-earn, NFT collectibles, token rewards).
  • Lead campaigns across growth channels: crypto communities (Telegram, Discord), influencers, affiliates, and Web3 ad networks.
  • Integrate tokenomics (staking, rewards) into user acquisition funnels.

Community & Ecosystem Building

  • Grow and engage Web3-native communities (Discord, Twitter, Zealy) through AMAs, contests, and governance participation.
  • Partner with Web3 KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), guilds, and NFT projects for co-marketing.
  • Manage CRM for player retention (on-chain + off-chain data).

Brand & Content

  • Position the brand as a trusted, innovative leader in regulated crypto gaming.
  • Create content explaining Web3 mechanics (e.g., "How to Stake $CHIPS for VIP Rewards").
  • Oversee social media (X, YouTube, TikTok) with a Web3-first tone.

Analytics & Compliance

  • Track KPIs: CAC, LTV, token holder growth, NFT sales volume, and on-chain engagement.
  • Ensure marketing complies with gaming regulations (e.g., Malta, Curacao) and crypto laws (AML/KYC).
  • Monitor blockchain analytics (Dune, Nansen) for user insights.

Team Leadership

  • Manage a cross-functional team (growth, content, community, design).
  • Collaborate with product/dev teams on token launches, NFT drops, and feature promotions.
Requirements

Experience:

  • 5+ years in gaming/casino marketing + 2+ years in Web3/crypto/NFT marketing.
  • Portfolio: Launched successful Web3 campaigns (e.g., NFT mints, token IDOs, play-to-earn games).
  • Deep knowledge of casino/gaming compliance (age restrictions, geoblocking).
  • Skills:
  • Mastery of Web3 tools: Discord, Snapshot, crypto wallets, DAO governance.
  • Expertise in blockchain analytics (Dune, Etherscan) and Web3 ad platforms.
  • Understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, and NFT utility in gaming.
  • Mindset:
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, regulatory-heavy environments.
  • Passion for blockchain's role in transparent, provably fair gaming.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with on-chain affiliate programs or Web3 loyalty systems.
  • Familiarity with casino licensing (e.g., MGA, UKGC).
  • Multilingual (English + Asian/European languages).
  • Active in crypto communities (e.g., ENS domain, NFT PFP, DeFi user).
