Minimum Qualification- Graduation/Post Graduation preferably from a Renowned University with Certification in Career Counselling which is MUST

As a 'Career Counsellor - School Admissions Specialist', you would be working closely with the high school students aiming to attend top universities across the globe. The role requires a hands-on approach, good communication skills, and a knack for independent research. You'll gain the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest minds, and make a huge impact in the lives of students.

Responsibilities

● Motivating students in defining and creating their career development plans and path

● Getting Psychometric Test conducted and helping parents and students understand the Psychometric Test Report result

● Counseling Students & Parents on the latest trends in career

● Research into news related to university admissions and preparing content/ whitepapers on important/ recent updates.

● Help students research and shortlist universities based on their interests, aptitude, budget, test scores, and other vital factors.

● Help students introspect on events and brainstorm ideas on how to write their essays, create video content, plagiarism free content for SOPs, Resumes, etc. as per the requirement of the universities.

● Participation in Business Development activities as and when delegated by the management

● Creating useful blogs, vlogs and articles relevant for Students and Parents

● Participate and contribute to all the events, career fairs, activities, initiatives organized by the management.

● To handle any other responsibility as given by the management.
