Project Manager – ERP Implementation & Process ExcellenceLocation: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: Around 5 yearsSalary: ₹4 – 5 LPADepartment: Projects / OperationsReports to: Senior ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesLead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of ERP systems for manufacturing operations.Work closely with functional teams to map existing processes and identify areas for improvement.Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation across departments.Drive quality and process improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.Identify productivity bottlenecks and implement system-based solutions for efficiency enhancement.Coordinate with IT vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth ERP rollout.Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption of new systems and practices.Develop and track KPIs to measure improvement in process performance and operational outcomes.Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Around 5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or ERP implementation within a manufacturing or process industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and process optimization.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management Systems.Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.Strong eye for detail, ability to execute and get things implemented.Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work across multiple departments.What We OfferOpportunity to lead a high-impact transformation project in a 100+ year old organization.Exposure to modern manufacturing systems and process excellence frameworks.Collaborative work environment with leadership support for innovation and improvement.Competitive compensation package in line with industry standards.
