At LiaPlus AI, we're building the future of AI-powered customer support, and we need an HR Intern who's as passionate about AI as we are This is not your typical HR internship—we're looking for someone who can think beyond traditional hiring, bring creativity to the table, and help us scale a high-performance team.
What You'll Do:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the hiring process for tech, non-tech, and corporate roles. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location - Delhi (In-person)
Duration - 6 Months (Immediate Joining)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, non-technical, and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for HyperVerge, ensuring alignment with our company values.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their manpower needs and priorities, helping streamline the selection process.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and workflow.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, take ownership, and follow up without micromanagement.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Previous internship experience in TA / Campus Hiring / HR domains in SaaS organizations preferably in the technology or AI sector.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build positive relationships.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Support the HR team in organizing engagement activities and events.
