You may find this opportunity interesting if: You believe that design and communication is essential to strategy and brand creation You are courageous enough to try bold ideas in design and communication that will inspire the youth of today You are keen to use design to build a lasting brand from the scratch Are passionate about creating a new paradigm in the education sector Responsibilities Develop detailed UI mockups and prototypes illustrating page layouts, navigation flows, and design details to communicate clearly how pages should look and function Prepare and present rough drafts and high-fidelity designs to internal teams and stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on suggestions Conduct user testing, including heatmap analysis and behavior research (e.g., A/B testing, usability studies) to gain insights into actual user interactions and pain points Produce high-quality outputs such as wireframes and final deployments using platforms like Unbounce and Framer Test and optimize UI elements critical to marketing, such as CTAs, banners, layouts, and target links, especially on landing pages designed to drive conversions Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams and—when necessary—external designers to deliver integrated digital experiences Adhere to established style standards for typography, colors, imagery, and other brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing assets Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Arts/ Communication Design /Graphic Design/ UI/UX Design Skills and Experience: 0-3 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Understanding of fundamentals of branding, design and communication, marketing channels Qualities and skills required: A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
