Location: Gurgaon/Hybrid

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand app requirements and user needs, translating them into intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for Android and iPhone apps to showcase the app's flow and user interactions.
- Create user-centric app interfaces that focus on simplicity, ease of use, and accessibility for users seeking mental health counseling services.
- Integrate animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance the app's usability and provide a delightful user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights, iterating designs based on user feedback and data-driven decisions.
- Ensure app designs are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes, devices, and orientations.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintaining design consistency throughout the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, design patterns, and emerging technologies in the mobile app industry to suggest innovative design solutions.
- Design social media, ads and website graphics and videos as required

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and best practices for both Android and iPhone platforms.
- Knowledge of creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate app flow and user interactions.
- Familiarity with design systems and maintaining design consistency across platforms and devices.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to design user-friendly interfaces with a focus on enhancing user experience.
- Passion for mental health and an understanding of the importance of a supportive app environment for users seeking counseling services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve the app's user experience.
