Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in the QA domain, with hands-on knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, and JavaScript. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, requiring immediate availability.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with onshore stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
  • Perform manual testing to validate new features, bug fixes, and regression areas.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and interact regularly with onshore teams to provide updates and gather requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and ensure consistent execution in CI/CD environments.
  • Provide quality assurance feedback throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in QA, with strong proficiency in both manual and automation testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for writing automation test cases.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices.
  • Experience working in agile environments and using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with onshore stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in IST time zone and from Noida office (WFO).
