Network Engineer- Patching

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure.QualificationsRole- Network Engineer- Patching/UpgradationNo.of Positions-2Location: Bangalore- On-site (work from office)Budget: INR 22-23 LPAExp: 12+ YrsNeed immediate joinersAbout the RoleYou will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in patch management and upgradation.ResponsibilitiesExpertise in routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, STP, VLANs) and broad exposure to firewall / VPN technologies.Hands-on experience with firmware / OS upgrades of major network vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, Palo Alto).Strong change management: ability to plan and risk assess, coordinate maintenance windows, and perform rollbacks.Experience with patch deployment, Patch Management/ ugradation verification, and monitoring.Proficiency with network monitoring/logging/alerting tools for observing device health, firmware versions, and performance metrics.Strong communication skills.Required Skills-Patch Management/ ugradationRouting & switching expertiseFirewall / VPN technologies exposureFirmware / OS upgrades experienceChange management skillsPatch deployment and management experienceNetwork monitoring proficiencyStrong communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with major network vendorsAbility to perform rollbacksMonitoring and alerting tools experienceEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.`
