We are seeking
Network Patching Support Engineers to
join a high-impact infrastructure team responsible for ensuring
secure and stable
network environments across global operations

Location:
Pan India

Notice Period:
Candidates who can join immediately or within 10 days.

Experience: 7-11 years on mandate

Shift:
24/7 Rotational (No fixed off on Saturday/Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

Patching & Maintenance:

  • Plan and apply firmware, OS, and security patches across critical network devices
  • Maintain update version control and prevent config drift

Validation & Documentation:

  • Conduct pre- and post-patch health checks
  • Document patch results, deviations, and lessons learned

Change Management:

  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • Follow CAB and ITIL-based change processes
  • Log and track all patch activities in the system

Troubleshooting & RCA:

  • Resolve patch-related issues
  • Execute rollback plans when needed
  • Provide incident/RCA documentation and coordinate with vendors

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of
    network devices
    (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, controllers)
  • Familiar with
    ITIL processes
    and
    Change Management
  • Comfortable working in a
    24x7 environment
