About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Accounts & Compliance . The candidate will take end-to-end ownership of the company’s accounting and compliance functions, ensuring timely and accurate statutory filings, audits, and financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities
  1. ROC Compliances
  2. Ensure timely filing of all ROC returns, forms, and annual filings.
  3. Maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act.
  4. Taxation & Regulatory Compliances
  5. End-to-end responsibility for Income Tax, GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, and ESIC compliances.
  6. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory filings without delays.
  7. Handle tax assessments, notices, and related queries.
  8. Accounts Management
  9. Maintain books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards.
  10. Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and reconciliations.
  11. Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting data.
  12. Statutory Audit
  13. Coordinate with statutory auditors and ensure smooth completion of annual audits.
  14. Prepare and provide all necessary reports, schedules, and supporting documents.
  15. Export & Import Compliances
  16. Handle all regulatory compliances related to import/export transactions.
  17. Manage documentation for shipping bills, GST refunds, export incentives, etc.
  18. Liaise with banks, customs, and other authorities for smooth execution.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting .
  • Professional certification (CA Inter, CMA, CS, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts and compliance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of ROC, Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Export-Import procedures .
  • Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
