We are hiring for SCM Localization Specialist.


Title: Engineer / Sr. engineer

Job Location: Hosur

Industry Preferred: EMS / Automobile

Exp Level: 2 - 6



Responsibilities

  • Development of Equipment for EMS / FATP
  • Thorough knowledge on equipment benchmarking and localization projects.
  • Equipment: Strip down analysis / Bill of Material analysis / Vendor for parts, sub assembly modules.
  • Integration of equipment assembly.
  • Commercial knowledge on equipment / sub assembly / key modules like Camera / Dispenser / Laser source / etc.

Essential Attributes

  • Knowledge on process equipment / assembly equipment / quality equipment used in EMS industry
  • Working experience in machine building projects in automotive / aerospace / manufacturing industries
  • Strong networking with equipment manufacturers within India and abroad
  • Exposure to: CNC Machines / Laser / Dispensing / Automated riveting process / Sub assembly manufacturing using ultra precision parts
  • Strong knowledge on key parts like camera module / laser sources / dispensing nozzles / etc., and respective vendor base
  • Commercial knowledge on equipment localization / reverse engineering process


Qualifications

  • B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering
