Job Description


We are seeking individuals with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data science and generative AI. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), along with hands-on experience in deploying and maintaining models in production environments. Experience in developing and implementing Agentic AI systems for context-aware and dynamic solutions is highly desirable.

Job Location: Cittabase Solutions, Chennai.


Responsibilities


  • Develop, and implement state-of-the-art techniques in the field of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI.
  • Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques to enhance LLM-based systems by integrating external knowledge for dynamic and contextually accurate responses.
  • Develop and integrate Agentic AI systems to enable dynamic, context-aware decision-making.
  • Build ML models, leverage LLMOPS / MLOPS techniques and be responsible for operationalizing end to end model pipelines on the cloud.
  • Be informed and updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI/ML.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of practical experience in AI/ML and data science, with a proven track record of leveraging Generative AI solutions for solving business problems.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Agentic AI systems.
  • Experience working with Agentic AI frameworks like CrewAI, LangGraph, Autogen etc.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques, including integrating external knowledge bases into generative AI workflows.
  • Experience with building models and operationalizing model pipelines on the cloud.
  • Extensive experience working on any cloud platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
