The Director of Generative AI plays a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of generative AI strategies, algorithms, and models for the organization.

This role is critical in driving innovation, solving complex problems, and contributing to the advancement of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the research and development of generative AI technologies and algorithms.

- Manage a team of AI engineers and researchers to drive the implementation of generative AI solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities for generative AI applications.

- Oversee the design and implementation of generative AI models to address specific business challenges.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement best practices in generative AI.

- Drive the creation and execution of generative AI project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the AI team to enhance their skills and knowledge in generative AI.

- Contribute to the development of generative AI intellectual property, patents, and publications.

- Lead the evaluation and integration of third-party generative AI technologies and tools.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and communicate the strategic vision for generative AI within the organization.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical considerations in generative AI projects.

- Participate in industry conferences, events, and forums to represent the organization's generative AI capabilities.

- Evaluate and implement tools and infrastructure for scalable and efficient generative AI development.

- Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for generative AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven track record of leading generative AI research projects and teams.

- Expertise in deep learning, neural networks, and generative models such as GANs and VAEs.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying generative AI solutions in real-world scenarios.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Leadership experience in guiding AI teams and driving innovation in generative AI.

- Excellent understanding of AI ethics, fairness, and transparency.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex generative AI concepts to diverse audiences.

- Publication record in top AI conferences and journals.

- Experience in patenting generative AI technologies and processes is a plus.

- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across different functions of the organization.

- Deep understanding of generative AI applications in various domains, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and creativity.

- Experience in leveraging cloud platforms and scalable infrastructure for generative AI development.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to AI and data privacy.

- Proven ability to drive generative AI projects from ideation to production : Deep Learning ,Neural Networks, Leadership, Innovation, Algorithms, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Python, Artificial Neural Networks.
