Source to Pay Application Integration Lead

The Source to Pay Application Integration Lead is responsible for the global implementation and administration of Ariba Buying and Invoicing, our eProcurement application. The Ariba Application Lead plays a critical role in the implementation, and maintenance of Ariba B&I and the Ariba Network (SAP Business Network). This position is responsible for overseeing the entire Ariba application lifecycle, from regional development and deployment to ongoing optimization and support.

Responsibilities:

Own the functional architecture for Ariba B&I, catalog enablement and the Ariba Network. Provide expertise in configuring Ariba modules to meet specific procurement, sourcing, contracting, and supplier management needs. Lead the implementation of Ariba solutions, ensuring the successful configuration, customization, and integration of the platform with other enterprise systems globally. Customize workflows, approval processes, and user interfaces to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Develop process improvements to ensure the programs are globally integrated and standardized for all Ariba upstream and downstream modules. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions engaging Ariba Support to escalate and resolve critical issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations. Implement and oversee testing processes to ensure the reliability, security, and functionality of Ariba solutions. Own full life cycle of Ariba Network – supplier testing to ensure successful launch of full functionality of Ariba Network transactions. Manage supplier integration into the Ariba Network, educate suppliers on Axalta's supplier enablement process once the supplier is approved by Category Managers, and validate suppliers are active in the STP and ERP systems for procurement transactions. Run training and supplier summits as suppliers initially transition on to the Ariba Network for both Enterprise and Standard supplier accounts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful Ariba Network project completion.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Ariba applications. Experience with integration of Ariba with SAP S4 HANA Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Experience working in a large, globally disbursed, complex multi-location manufacturing organization Full professional proficiency in the English language, Multilingual a plus

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar field 5+ year experience as an Source to Pay Application Lead or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba modules including Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Catalog Management. Ariba certification(s) is a plus.
