  • Identify and engage passive talent through multiple channels, including niche job boards, professional networks, and industry forums">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience">
  • Technical sourcing experience, particularly in corporate IT (SAP, Oracle, Infrastructure) and engineering/manufacturing roles">
  • Advanced expertise with job boards and social platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, IIM Jobs, Hirist, and Naukri">
  • Proficiency with Boolean search and X-ray sourcing">
  • Experience with global talent acquisition teams">
  • Willingness to accommodate schedule as per business need">
