Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership:
• Lead the school in its next stage of growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve academic, operational, and cultural goals.
• Serve as a visionary leader, fostering innovation and a forward-looking approach to education.2. Academic Excellence:
• Oversee the implementation of the ICSE curriculum and maintain high academic standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, inquiry, and critical thinking among students and staff.
• Monitor and evaluate academic performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.3. Faculty Leadership and Development:
• Recruit, mentor, and retain passionate and competent teachers and staff.
• Foster a growth mindset among the faculty through professional development initiatives.
• Build a collaborative and supportive environment, encouraging teamwork and shared responsibility.4. Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate effectively with the school management, ensuring alignment with the institution's vision and mission.
• Establish strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Represent the school in the wider community, building partnerships to enhance the school's reputation.5. Operational Management:
• Ensure the efficient functioning of the school, including admissions, scheduling, and resource management.
• Maintain compliance with ICSE regulations and uphold the highest standards of governance.
• Manage budgets and resources responsibly to support the school's objectives.6. Fostering School Culture:
• Build a culture that values passion, dedication, and a commitment to learning.
• Promote emotional and social well-being among students and staff.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that reflects Catholic values while embracing diversity.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• At least 10 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a middle or senior administrative role.
• Comprehensive understanding of the ICSE curriculum and its implementation.
• Prior experience working with Catholic management or in faith-based institutions is an advantage.
