We provide a host of technology enabled staffing and managed outsourcing services across processes such as sales & marketing, customer care, after sales service, back-office operations, manufacturing operations, facilities and security management, HR & F&A operations, IT & mobility services, etc. Established in 2007 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Quess today has unmatched geographic presence and scale with more than 644 locations across India, South East Asia & North America with 5,00,000+ people & 3000 + clients.Position Title: Head of TaxLocation: BangaloreKey Responsibilities:Review of Direct tax & GST returns for Quess Group.Assist in managing the ETR trough tax planning within the forecorners of tax law.Lead tax planning and advisory projects from direct tax & GST perspective.End to end management of tax notices, assessments and inquiries from tax authorities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive tax solutions.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely advice.Review of appeal papers for CIT(A)/ DRP/ ITAT & assist in representation before appellate authorities.Understanding of TP regulations is must.Have thorough understanding of alternative dispute resolution mechanism.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication skills are essential.CA with 10+ years of experienceAt least 8 years of experience in Direct or Indirect Taxation.Experience with listed companies (not mandatory).Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Please note this will be Indirect Tax heavy role.
