For more information visit https://global.Rakuten.Com/corp/.Responsibilities:- Configure, deploy, Implement and maintain F5 BIG-IP appliances/virtual editions.- Work closely with application, network, and security teams to support new deployments.- Perform upgrades, patches, and lifecycle maintenance of F5 systems.- Troubleshoot network issues related to F5.- Develop automation scripts using iRules and Python.- Maintain detailed documentation and prepare QA reports.Requirements:- Proven experience as an F5 Engineer or similar role. 10-12 Years of experience in industry.- F5 Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting F5 network and security solutions—primarily BIG-IP modules.- Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM.- Hands-on experience of F5 TMOS version upgrades and troubleshoot complex layer 4–7 application delivery issues.- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, NAT, IPsec).- Strong knowledge of iRules and automation tools.- F5 server deployment, configuration based on requirements.- F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (preferred).Nice-to-Have:- Network certifications (e.G., CCNA, CCNP).- Basic knowledge of Linux, Shell script- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.- Experience with cloud-based load balancing (AWS, Azure).
