Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Analytics Specialist to lead data integration, transformation, and visualization efforts across enterprise-scale analytics projects. This role demands expertise in Azure Data Factory , SQL , Databricks , and Microsoft Power Platform , including Power BI , Power Apps , and Power Automate .

You'll collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to build end-to-end data pipelines, deliver impactful dashboards, and automate business workflows.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
  • Perform advanced data transformations and modeling in SQL Server and Databricks
  • Build intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Develop low-code/no-code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across analytic platforms
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Optimize analytics workflows for performance and reliability
  • Mentor junior data professionals and contribute to team best practices
  • Monitor industry trends and champion innovative data solutions

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience with Azure Data Factory , including pipeline orchestration
  • Deep proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries and working with relational databases
  • Solid hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark or SparkSQL)
  • Strong command of Power BI including DAX, M query, and data modeling
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics
  • Understanding of security best practices and data governance in cloud environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

? Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics , ADF Mapping/Data Flow
  • Exposure to Azure Functions , Logic Apps , or Data Lake Storage
  • Familiarity with DevOps , Git , and CI/CD pipelines for data projects
  • Certification in Power BI, Azure Data Engineer, or Power Platform tools
