Client-Facing Role: This role involves regular communication with international clients, particularly from the Australian market .
Fluent English (Written & Spoken) is essential – you must be able to clearly present reports, strategies, and insights to clients.
Must have managed clients independently and have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns .
About the Role At Marketing Transformers , we're trailblazers in digital marketing, empowering businesses across Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Canada. We're on the lookout for a Senior Ads Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns, optimize performance, and independently manage client accounts.
This is a high-responsibility, performance-focused role for someone who is strategic, data-driven, and passionate about digital growth.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy: Design and execute strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Client Management: Independently handle international client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and communication.
Ad Creation & Management: Guide development of ad creatives, launch campaigns, and monitor performance.
Budget Management: Strategically allocate and manage ad spend for maximum ROI.
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, extract insights, and refine campaigns accordingly.
A/B Testing: Conduct tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and lower acquisition costs.
Reporting: Deliver timely, clear, and data-driven reports with actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in digital ad campaign management (especially Meta Ads ).
Ability to independently manage clients and campaigns.
Prior experience working with international clients , preferably from Australia .
Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite , and other tracking tools.
Strong strategic and creative skills with a focus on performance outcomes.
Excellent English communication skills are non-negotiable.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads) are a bonus.
