We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.● Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.Position: Program ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Manager to lead initiatives across our Channel Partner (CP) vertical - Offline, planning, executing, and overseeing strategic programs that drive business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role involves working cross-functionally with multiple teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic programs to enhance partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.Build frameworks for partner onboarding, training, certification, and performance tracking.Define key metrics, track performance dashboards, and drive data-driven reviews to improve CP contribution to business.Design incentive structures, contests, and initiatives to boost sales through the channel ecosystem.Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery.Identify bottlenecks in partner operations and work on technology-led or process-led solutions.Establish regular review cadences, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms with internal and external stakeholders.Key Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in program management, sales operations, or partner management.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and drive business outcomes.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
