About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and events.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via emails, calls, and meetings to present IT services and solutions.
- Maintain continuous communication with leads throughout the entire process, from initial identification and qualification to conversion, ensuring they are engaged and informed at every stage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and align them with the company’s IT offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and budgets for client proposals.
- Manage and track sales activities using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress and forecasts.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and deliver client solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, ideally in the software or tech industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to clients.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Understanding of sustainable business practices or interest in eco-friendly solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
