Over the years, Rupa has evolved to become the frontrunner in India and a leading player in global markets with far-reaching footprints and millions of satisfied customers.Its Brands includes: Rupa Frontline, Bumchums, Euro, Colors, Peek-a-Boo, Femmora, etc.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and general ledger balances.Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Prepare reconciliation statements and supporting schedules.Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance) to resolve reconciliation issues.Ensure accurate posting of transactions in accounting systems.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for reconciliations.Assist in statutory audits and internal audits by providing required reconciliation data.Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.Prepare MIS reports related to reconciliations and outstanding items.Qualifications & SkillsBachelorā€™s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.Proven experience in accounts reconciliation or accounting operations.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Good communication and coordination abilities.Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.Interested candidates, please share your updated resume atolimita.hr@rupa.co.in & piyali.hr@rupa.co.in
