Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reservation Sales Executive to manage guest reservations and drive sales conversions. This role requires excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email & OTAs.
- Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services.
- Coordinate with operations teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) for guest requirements.
- Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences & reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents & repeat guests.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
- Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and ensure timely responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred).
- Familiarity with hotel PMS and OTA platforms.
- Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
