Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of the Medius Accounts Payable (AP) automation platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with invoice processing systems, ERP integrations, and client-facing delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Medius AP automation solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, and invoice matching rules.
  • Integrate Medius with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration or functional issues.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Overall IT experience 5-8 years
  • 3+ years of experience in AP automation or ERP implementation.
  • Strong understanding of invoice lifecycle and procurement processes.
  • Experience with Medius Flow or similar AP tools.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, XML, and middleware platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to AI-driven automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of finance operations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with cloud-based deployment and SaaS model
