Job description

Key Responsibilities:



GST & Taxation:

  • Ensure timely and accurate GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C) and TDS payment, TDS Filing, PT, PF, ESI and other allied laws from time to time basis.
  • Monitor and manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and compliance with GST rules.
  • Conduct GST audits, and assessments, and ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations.
  • Handle disputes and liaison with tax authorities.
  • Stay updated with changes in Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes and their implications for the business.

Regulatory & Compliance Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to taxation and statutory compliances.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities for compliance matters.

Accounting & Documentation:

  • Maintain records of all GST-related transactions and Income Tax , PF, ESI and PT and documentation for audits.
  • Ensure proper tax documentation for vendor payments and customer transactions

Financial Management & Reporting:

  • Prepare reports related to GST and taxation for management review.
  • Conduct tax impact assessments for new business transactions.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting tax liabilities.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth GST and compliance processes.
  • Train and guide team members on tax and compliance matters.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of GST laws, Income Tax, and Corporate Compliance.
  • Experience in handling tax audits, assessments, and reconciliations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


  • CA/ CMA / with 5+ years of relevant experience OR MBA (Finance) / M.Com
  • Exposure to handling GST litigation and advisory services.
