The Job
Key Responsibilities:
Physical Store Management:
- Open and close the store daily, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
- Adjust store hours as needed based on sales performance and profitability.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability.
- Walk customers through the sales process and provide excellent customer service.
- Organize the store layout to maximize sales and efficiency.
- Operate the till (cash register), handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records.
- Ensure safe cash handling procedures and end-of-day till reconciliation.
- Work under the direct supervision of the co-owner in India to ensure smooth store operations.
Online Store Management:
- Upload daily inventory spreadsheets to ensure accurate online listings.
- Process and manage online orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers to place and track orders.
- Issue and manage cashback rewards while keeping records organized.
Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
- Execute and manage Google and Facebook Ads to drive sales.
- Engage with customers both online and offline to increase sign-ups and conversions.
- Work on promotional strategies to boost sales and brand awareness.
Store Expansion & Growth:
- Set up new store locations across India, ensuring they are fully operational.
- Make each new store profitable, then hire and train a manager to take over operations.
- Move on to setting up additional locations, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Receive lifetime commissions from all customers who shop at any store you establish.
Reporting & Communication:
- Provide daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory, and customer activity.
- Communicate directly with the US-based owner via email, WhatsApp, or video calls to discuss performance, challenges, and strategies.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and implementing business improvements based on guidance from both the India-based co-owner and the US-based owner.
- Must be proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently while following the direction of the co-owner in India.
Compensation & Growth Potential:
- Base Salary: $150 USD per month.
- Lifetime commissions on every customer sign-up that continues to purchase (online or offline).
- Additional lifetime commissions from every customer at any store you establish.

The Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluent in English (must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with the US-based owner).
- Proven marketing skills, especially in Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
- Experience in retail store management, e-commerce, and inventory control.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of store success.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Sales-oriented mindset, comfortable in both online and in-person sales.
- Experience handling cash transactions, till operations, and financial accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to communicate with both the US-based owner and India-based co-owner.
- Ability to analyze business performance and adjust store hours accordingly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and manage new store managers as the business expands.
