Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bangalore| Experience: 8-14 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end payment processing for corporate and retail banking clients.
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of payment platforms, including Volante VolPay or similar.
  • Ensure compliance and integration with global payment systems and clearing networks, including SWIFT and regional systems in the Middle East and GCC.
  • Work with ISO 20022 formats (MT/MX), CAMT statements, and other payment message standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Lead testing teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality delivery of projects.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives across web-based and mobile corporate banking platforms.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of transaction banking products including accounts, deposits, loans, payments, and host-to-host (H2H) integrations.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on GCC payment gateway regulations and trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate transaction banking, with a focus on payments and cash management.
  • Strong understanding of global payment systems, SWIFT, and regional clearing mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 (MT/MX), CAMT messages.
  • Proficiency in payment processing platforms (e.g., Volante VolPay).
  • Experience in delivering complex financial services projects, preferably in client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems and digital banking platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams and mentoring staff.
  • Knowledge of GCC payment gateways and regulatory environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SWIFT, ISO20022, PMP, CBAP) are a plus.
