Job Title: Senior Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our testing team and oversee the development of robust solutions in alignment with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies for core banking and payment systems.
  • Define test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for banking and payments.
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test engineers and QA professionals.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training on testing best practices.
Core Banking & Payment Systems Expertise
  • Oversee seamless testing of core banking modules such as account management, loans, deposits, and transactions.
  • Validate payment systems including inward/outward payments, card payments, and digital wallets.
  • Work with vendors and third-party providers to integrate and test external banking solutions.
Automation & Tools
  • Implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Utilize automation tools like Selenium, Appium, UFT, Tosca, JMeter, Postman, etc.
  • Ensure compatibility with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare and present detailed test reports, defect analysis, and risk assessment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing within the BFSI sector, specializing in core banking and payments.
