Job Title: Tele-Caller (Assamese) Location: Rajarhat Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month Experience Required: 2–4 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Tele-Caller (Assamese) to join our Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Team . The ideal candidate should be fluent in Assamese and English , possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have prior experience in telecalling — preferably within the pharma industry . Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, distributors , and potential clients to promote pharmaceutical products. Explain product details, benefits, and usage clearly in Assamese and English . Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate and current information. Conduct follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and pending orders to maximize conversions. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets . Handle customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth communication and operations. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of telecalling or telesales experience (pharma industry experience preferred). Excellent communication and convincing skills in Assamese, Hindi, and English . Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and customer interaction. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/data entry tools . Self-driven, target-oriented , and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
