Hi Folks, We’re Hiring Senior / Lead Embedded Software Developer Location: (Add location or “Hybrid / Remote”) Experience: 6–8 Years Domain: Embedded Systems | Graphics | Instrument Clusters | RTOS | HMI Applications Are you passionate about building high-performance embedded systems? We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Embedded Software Developer to join our team — someone who brings hands-on expertise, strong technical leadership, and a passion for mentoring and delivering quality software. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize embedded software for instrument cluster and HMI applications . Own module-level design, architecture, and integration . Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews , and enforce best practices. Lead architecture and design discussions ensuring scalability and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements and deliverables. Debug complex system-level issues and provide root cause analysis . Drive unit testing , integration testing , and continuous improvement. ✅ Must-Have Qualifications 6–8 years of experience in embedded software development (Graphics, Instrument Clusters, RTOS/HMI Apps). Expertise in Embedded C, C++, Data Structures, Multi-threading, STL, and Design Patterns . Strong knowledge of RTOS , HMI application development , and IPC/multi-threading concepts. Proficiency with UML modeling tools (IBM Rhapsody / Enterprise Architect). Proven experience in team mentoring, code reviews , and software architecture. Hands-on experience with Git / Bitbucket and familiarity with DevOps Pipelines . Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
