The ideal candidate will embody warmth, professionalism, and efficiency while delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with international hospitality standards.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests with a refined sense of hospitality and attention to detailManage check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures efficientlyHandle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with tact and empathyCoordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest satisfactionMaintain accurate guest records, billing, and reservation detailsUphold grooming, communication, and service standards befitting a 5-star environmentSupport the Front Office Manager and assist with VIP handling and daily reportingRequirements:Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferredMinimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industryPositive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to guest excellenceCompensation:Salary will be commensurate with experience and capability, ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹55,000 per month.Location: Pushkar, Rajasthan (on-site role; accommodation available if required)If you take pride in delivering refined service and aspire to grow within a luxury resort environment, we welcome your application.
