Role Overview:
Responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients. Your focus will be on building partnerships with organizations seeking top leadership talent and HR Consulting, contributing to the firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients across industries, with a focus on mid to senior-level hiring / HR Consulting needs.
- Develop and execute BD strategies to expand our client base pan Indian and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, business heads, and decision-makers.
- Develop customized proposals and pitch solutions tailored to client needs.
- Represent ATRIOS Consulting at industry events, networking forums, and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of assignments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business planning and strategy.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Executive Search, HR Consulting, or Professional Services.
- Strong understanding of leadership hiring / recruitment industry trends / HR Consulting.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
