The Academic Counselor will assist learners in identifying the right academic and career paths by providing personalized guidance and continuous support. The role includes counseling prospective students, coordinating with faculty and administration, and ensuring learners enroll in programs aligned with their goals.This position requires someone who can inspire, motivate, and guide students to achieve their educational and career milestones. Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students on career-oriented courses such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, and more.Understand student goals and recommend suitable job-ready training programs.Handle walk-ins, inquiries, counseling sessions, telephonic follow-ups, and conversions.Achieve monthly enrollment targets through effective communication and rapport-building.Maintain daily MIS reports, CRM updates, and follow-up trackers.Support demo sessions, webinars, student onboarding, and academic coordination. Required Skills & Experience1–4 years of experience in Academic Counseling / Education Counseling / Inside Sales.Good understanding of Data Analytics, Data Science, and Full Stack Development career paths (training will be provided if required).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with students and parents.Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about guiding students toward career success.
